STJEPKO VRSALOVIĆ, Civ.Eng.

Primary trainer – lecturer

Stjepko Vrsalović manages all training activities. He lectures and delivers practical training at all the courses and trainings for work at height.

He is among the rare trainers with university education who also have internationally recognized work at height qualifications (IRATA Level 3) and direct experience in work performance. He has been professionally engaged in work at height since 1993. Thanks to participating in the execution of all complex jobs over the past 20 years, he knows very well the industrial environment in which such work is done. Stjepko applies all WAH techniques and rescue methods and became an IRATA rope technician in 2003. Having begun to deliver training more than 10 years ago, he has spent several thousand hours doing it as a primary trainer. He is a guest lecturer at the College of Applied Sciences in Safety, the author of technical solutions and expert WAH adviser of a number of companies and institutions. In addition to managerial and professional activities, he also actively teaches and delivers practical WAH training.

ROBERT DADO

Trainer

Robert Dado is an experienced rope technician with exceptional skills. He delivers practical training at all the courses and trainings for work at height.

He has been professionally engaged in work at height for more than 20 years. Also a speleology trainer, he is an active member of the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service and became a mountain rescuer in 2004. Robert has participated in all significant work at height executed by Vertiko, and has in-depth knowledge of the work situations encountered by course participants. He applies all WAH techniques and rescue methods and became an IRATA rope technician (Level 3) in 2003. So far, he has spent several thousand hours in WAH training, with the rope access technique being his narrow specialty.

NIKOLA ŠOIĆ prof.

Trainer

Nikola Šoić delivers training at all the courses and trainings for work at height. He has been engaged in work at height for more than 10 years. Also an alpinist trainer, he is an active member of the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service and became a mountain rescuer in 2011. He has participated in different work at height operations, and knows very well the work situations encountered by course participants, with the rope access technique being his narrow specialty.
